The Home Builders Association of Virginia welcomed members, sponsors, and friends from across the Commonwealth to the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort June 25–27 for the 2026 Annual Conference. The week also celebrated HBAV’s 70th anniversary. Three days of industry education, networking, and celebration culminated in the Housing Excellence Awards Celebration, where HBAV presented 27 awards recognizing builders, associates, and local home builders associations for leadership and innovation across Virginia’s housing industry.
